It will be that way for a long time to come...the World Bank (American President), IMF (European Managing Director) and Asian Development Bank ( Japanese President). China should be given a chance (but to do that, China must be a largest single contributor to the World Bank). Even then it can be outvoted. India will be in the same situation. No hope for a Russian to lead the Bank. I think ...
